As a life-long summer resident of the UP, I'll look for your spectacular (I'm sure) plum spirits at the Mackinaw IGA next summer. We make wine, too, but in small batches. Estate grown, picked, crushed, pressed, barreled, racked, and at long last bottled reds (barbera, petit syrah, syrah, zinfandel, and merlot).
