Michigan consumers have won the battle!
The Michigan Senate and House have passed legislation allowing Michigan wineries to continue to ship wine to Michigan consumers, and the Governor signed the bill, with our Don Coe and State Senator, Michelle McManus looking on, during a visit to Traverse City on December 15th.
Out-of-state wineries will now also be able to ship wine to Michigan consumers, and Michigan wineries will now be able to ship wine to our consumers in many other states.
