2011 Arcturos Riesling, represents the great versatility of the Riesling varietal. Made in a classic semi-dry style, this wine is pleasing to both dry and sweet drinkers. Fresh fruit aromas dominate the nose and are followed by flavors of peaches and apples with a slight touch of minerality in the finish. Riesling is always a go-to wine for food pairings. We recommend: pad thai, shrimp or pork stirfry, chicken curry with rice and sausage with pierogies.

I was in Michigan for my parents 50th wedding anniversary in 2001. I bought several different types of your wine and loved them all. I have one bottle left that I didn’t have the heart to open. It is the Sirius Pear. Over the years it has changed color to a beautiful deep golden
color. Your page says to drink it between 5 and 10 years. Does it just stop getting better or does it get worse? I don’t know much about aging wine, so any information will be appreciated.

I recently corresponded with you about buying some wine and having it shipped to Alabama.
You replied that you could not ship to Alabama. I contacted our beverage control board and they have a form that I can email to you that allows you to ship to one of the state stores where I can pick it up after paying Alabama tax. Is this worthwhile or should I forget the case of

The Isidor’s Pinot gringo is out when will it be back in stock? We got some in October and realize now not enough and there is no one here in Oakland County that carries it., as much as I wish I could get my husband back up there more often it just doesn’t happen.

Wanting to purchase some M22 wines but do not see them in your inventory. Was told this is where to get them online as you are the producers of this line. True? Can I order some M22 Rose or Merlot?
Noticed that you do not have Maryland on your list of states you can ship to, However, I am fairly sure that Maryland just passed a new law last year allowing wines to be shipped. Can you please check on this. We bought several bottles of your wine last July while visiting in Michican, but find we did not bring nearly enough home, and would love to order some more.

I wish you could ship to Indiana, however thank god we have family in Michigan to ship our orders to. We visited several wineries this past August and by far Black Star Farms was the best. We purchased several bottles of the ice wine (amazing wine and well worth $99 ) late harvest riesling, and the cider wines. We can’t wait to visit again next summer.
