On Saturday afternoons Chef Eric Patterson is demonstrating easy dishes using fresh Leelanau produce and the local products available in our Farmers Market. His recipes typically include only a few ingredients, but freshness and quality make them seem like you’ve spent hours preparing. Guests agree and have been taking recipes and products to duplicate Eric’s taste sensations at home.
