Catering at Black Star Farms focuses on providing locally inspired menu options. Executive Chef Jonathan Dayton’s farmstead cuisine dishes are prepared from ingredients raised on our own farm as well as others from the Northwest Michigan agricultural region.  There’s tremendous creativity and thoughtfulness that goes into planning for each one of our events at Black Star Farms and we hope to share that with you!
