It’s taken awhile for harvest to arrive…but alas it’s here! As of yesterday we’ve been processing grapes at both the Suttons Bay and Old Mission wineries. Pinot Noir and RegentĀ are the first grapes to arrive on the crush pads. The Pinot Noir will be used in our Black Star Farms Sparkling wine and the other two reds will be used in our Black Star Farms red table wines.
