Memorial Day is coming right up, and it signals the start of everyone’s summer. Hearth & Vine will be rolling out its new menu and expanded hours this weekend. We’ll be open from noon-9 this Friday and Saturday and noon-5 on Sunday and Monday.
Beginning next week, and continuing through the fall, we’ll be open at Hearth & Vine Thursday, Firday and Saturday from noon-9, Sunday noon-5, and Monday from noon-6. As last year, we’ll be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
After serving gourmet dinners this winter and spring, but remembering the number of folks who wanted something simple for dinner last summer, Paul and Ellie have decided on offering wood-fired summer fare including pizza, bruschetti, salads, and soups on their all-day summer menu. It will be similar to last year’s with a few twists and the extended hours.
The market side has also undergone a transformation with local foods and new local crafts galore. There will be plenty of 9 Bean Rows bread and croissants, and tarts and cookies will always be available for snacking.
If you’re coming by the farm to wine taste or only to admire the views or pet the farm animals, be sure to stop in at Hearth & Vine for lunch, dinner or just a snack. We look forward to seeing you.

We visited your wine tasting room a couple of years ago and purchased a pair of hand carved salad serving tools. Do you still have this sort of thing available. I went to your store site but could not get a connection. A response would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Cecil

Your brick oven pizza has us hooked, we add a beet salad and it’s a spectacluar meal. The fresh lettuce & roasted beets with your dressing along with the thin crust & fresh ingredients on the pizza are heavenly. Great job, we’re now regulars!
We’re delighted you are hooked! Please tell all of your friends and come see us again! Ellie and Paul
Just returned from a “girls” weekend in
traverse City, with my two best friends. We visited all three Blackstar Farms tasting rooms. What a treat, the wines and food at your wineries were our favorites! Look forward to visiting again. Thanks to Kevin at Traverse City Commons for his expertise and time. Cindy, Kari and Nancy
Cindy,
