Anne and John, producers of the 2007 Best in Show Aged Raclette, are attending this week’s 25th Anniversary American Cheese Society Conference in Chicago. It’s the first time they have made the time to be at the confenence. Having trusted assistants in the creamery and the Chicago venue were strong incentives, but Anne said that she’s most looking forward to tasting all the great cheese entries. Being rock stars at the event might also be a draw!
