Rates & Reservations
Your room rate includes afternoon refreshments, evening wine reception, full gourmet breakfast, complimentary bottle of our wine, and enjoyment of our sauna, library, and recreational trails. The Inn is a Wi-Fi hot spot.
Gift certificates are always available and can be customized to fit your needs. These make lovely gifts or incentive rewards and offer recipients great flexibility. They can be ordered from the innkeeper by phone and will be mailed with a packet of information directly to the recipient or to you for presentation. Click to Order Gift Certificates
Visit our Gift Shop to order Black Star Farms robes and sheets.- Rates are based on double occupancy. Supplemental charges will apply to additional room guests.
The Inn will be closed on Monday and Tuesday evenings, January through March, 2010.

- Rates are subject to 6% Michigan sales tax and a 2% destination fee.

Because we are a small property, our room availability can change moment by moment. We are unable to confirm reservations requested via email. An advance deposit will hold your reservation, so please call 231-944-1251 to reserve. Phones will continue to be answered while the Inn is closed.
- We also offer corporate rates for business travelers. Please ask for terms and conditions when reserving your room.
- For the comfort and safety of guests the Inn is smoke free.
- Reservations require one night deposit.
- We require a minimum two-night stay on weekends; however flex nights are sometimes available at the last minute.
- Fourteen day cancellation policy for refund.
- Ask about our extended-stay rates.
- Children over 12 are welcome.
- Pets cannot be accommodated. Horses can be stabled by prior arrangement at an additional charge.
- For reservations that require meeting or function space, please contact the innkeeper at 231-944-1251.
- Check-in: 4 'til 6 pm, later by prior arrangement.
- Check-out: 11 am.
