Leelanau Cheese Company’s Raclette was the Grand Champion this year at the Michigan State Fair. Records seem to go back only to the 80′s, so Leelanau Raclette stacks up as the winningest Grand Champion in modern history with six wins in 13 years. But John is sure there must have been a Pinconning that won a “bizillion” times in the past. Congratulations, again!

John did a recount. He says they actually won seven times in 13 years!
Greetings, the Raclette cheese is wonderful! We are wondering what wine you recommend to accompany the Raclette?
Thank you
Linda
Try the 2008 Arcturos Pinot Gris or the 2008 Dry Riesling – both are yummy with the cheese!
