New Riesling Taste Profile

Beginning with the 2008 vintage, bottles of Black Star Farms’ Arcturos Rieslings will carry the new Taste Profile scale to make it easier for customers to know the perceived sweetness of the wine. Joel Goldberg explains it all in his MichWine blog.
