Flavor and Aroma:Ripe apple/pear aromas, subtle caramel and delicate spice combine in the nose with vibrant and elegant oak on the palate to encompass all of the diversity that Chardonnay can possess.
Aging Potential:
With proper cellaring this wine will age well for five to ten years.

The toasty rich flavors of this Chardonnay pair well with a robust meal of roasted or grilled pork, duck, or salmon.
Winemakers Comments:
This is Chardonnay made to compare with white Burgundy. I love the wines of Montagny and Mercurey and believe a Meursault comparison is not far off.
