Flavor and Aroma:
Delicate fruit and subtle minerality on the palate combined with flavors of fresh strawberries followed by a refreshingly bright finish.

Aging Potential:
Drink now or within the next two years.

Thoughts for Food:
Try it with salads and light pastas. It is amazing with seafood - especially salmon and shrimp. Lunchtime is not too early to start sipping...or sip it while you watch the sunset from the deck...it is just the perfect color to add to the ambience!

Wine Maker Comments:
Pinot Noir continues to be our most prominent red variety, one that we look forward to creating a dry rose from each vintage. This rose expresses a youthful bounty of fresh fruit and vibrancy. It is what warm weather sipping is all about, and can be savored on its own or with any of your favorite summer-time dishes.
