Join us at the Hearth & Vine Café at Black Star Farms, Suttons Bay, for an enjoyable afternoon of interactive charcuterie board instruction, delicious bites, and of course, wine! Café manager and charcuterie board aficionado, Jennifer McKinney, will demonstrate how to put together the perfect board with plenty of fun tips and tricks so you can bring a showstopping board like the one above to your next party.
The instruction will be lively, informative, and entertaining for all. Each attendee will leave with a lovely charcuterie board big enough to share with one or two friends, filled with gourmet cheeses, cured meat, nuts, crackers, fruits, veggies, and more.
$75 per person includes:
• Glass of wine
• Wood board
• Cheese, cured meats, nuts, etc.
• Mini honey jar with wood dipper stick
Additional wine will be available for purchase because what goes better with charcuterie and good times than Black Star Farms wine?
