We have two tasting rooms and wine processing facilities, a luxurious inn that serves breakfast and hospitality hour, a special events department that hosts many weddings and corporate groups, plus a culinary program that services a farm-to-table, seasonal café, catering services for a multitude of events, elegant wine-paired dinners, and small bites for wine trail events.

Front of House Server/Busser/Runner, Hearth & Vine Café
Seeking an individual who thrives on providing exceptional customer service while working in a fun, fast-paced environment. This position is part-time or full-time seasonal, with excellent hourly pay plus tips. Server experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train. Guaranteed Sundays and Mondays off.
Line/Prep Cook
Are you interested in a fun position that has a lot of variety? Northern Michigan’s premier wine and culinary destination is seeking line/prep cooks for banquet/events, our café, and Inn culinary services. You will work with a team that uses seasonal products from our garden and other local sources to provide exceptional food in a unique setting. Culinary experience is preferred but not necessary – we will train.
Dishwasher
These positions (both full-time and part-time) are an excellent opportunity for high school students or young adults to become acquainted with restaurant operations, banquets, and special events. We are seeking a reliable person that is available late days and evenings, typically Wednesdays through Saturdays.
Tasting Room
Join our dynamic tasting room teams! We currently have opportunities for enthusiastic, hard-working people at our Old Mission and Suttons Bay tasting rooms. We are looking for creative problem solvers who love to learn and share our passion for being environmentally and socially responsible. This position values authenticity, innovation, kindness, and teamwork. We are currently offering full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions through mid-November.
Cellar Assistant/Master
Are you passionate about wine? Would you like to work for one of Michigan’s most awarded wineries? We have a Cellar Assistant or Cellar Master position open. These positions are full-time, year-round, and include duties related to all aspects of wine production, processing, and packaging. Experience in the wine industry or related industries is preferred. The harvest period will require significant amounts of paid overtime—compensation based on experience and knowledge of the related field, with promotional opportunities possible.
Event Server
We are looking for servers with a positive attitude and a customer service-driven mindset to join our dedicated, highly-acclaimed events team. Selected candidates will help create memorable events that people will remember for years to come. You can expect a fun and fast-paced environment, flexible work schedules, and great compensation.
