Vegetarian Harvest Epicurean Feast

October 23 | 4:00 PM

This dining event, as well as the menu preparation, will be filmed for the 2026 Detroit PBS film, Detroit: The City of Chefs III. This year-long production will also feature Detroit’s urban farming community, as well as local Michigan chefs who specialize in vegetarian cooking. 
Proceeds from the event to support non-profits serving those locally with food insecurity: Leelanau Christian Neighbors, 5 Loaves 2 Fish, and Project Feed the Kids!

Join Chef Tyler Rushford at Bistro Polaris as he celebrates his Swedish heritage and enchants guests with cherished family recipes that have been lovingly passed down through generations.
