On Thursday, October 23rd, a collection of Michigan chefs, along with celebrated Metro Detroit Chefs Jimmy Schmidt, Amber Poupore, and George Vutetatkis, will collaborate on “A Michigan Harvest Vegetarian Epicurean Feast”.

Dinner will be 4-5 courses with wine pairings.

The dinner, as well as the menu preparation, will be filmed for the 2026 Detroit PBS film, Detroit: The City of Chefs III, by filmmaker Keith Famie and his team at Visionalist Entertainment Productions. This year-long production will also feature Detroit’s urban farming community, as well as Michigan chefs who specialize in vegetarian cooking.
