The menu features dishes inspired by traditional Swedish suppers, offering a unique opportunity to embark on a cultural and culinary journey through the unique flavors of Sweden.

Michigan Harvest Vegetarian Epicurean Feast

Join us on Thursday, October 23rd, where a collection of Michigan chefs, along with celebrated Metro Detroit Chefs Jimmy Schmidt, Amber Poupore, and George Vutetatkis, will collaborate on “A Michigan Harvest Vegetarian Epicurean Feast”.
The dinner, as well as the menu preparation, will be filmed for the 2026 Detroit PBS film, Detroit: The City of Chefs III, by filmmaker Keith Famie and his team at Visionalist Entertainment Productions. This year-long production will also feature Detroit’s urban farming community, as well as Michigan chefs who specialize in vegetarian cooking.
